Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup soaked Moong dal
  2. 1 cup boiled spinach
  3. 2 tbsp curd
  4. 1 tsp salt
  5. 2 green chilli
  6. 1 finely chopped tomatoes
  7. 1 finely chopped onion
  8. 1 tsp chilli flakes
  9. 1 tbsp eno

Instructions

  1. In a jar put soaked Moong dal, palak, salt, green chili and blend it into a smooth paste
  2. Now mix 1/2 cup water and make little thin batter and keep aside for 5 minutes
  3. In a pan put 1 tsp oil now put little batter at a time and sprinkle veggies and chilli flakes ,cover it and cook for 2 minutes
  4. Flip the uttapam and fry for around 1 minute until veggies turn golden
  5. Serve the uttapam with chilli garlic chutney
