Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For stuffing ---
  2. Fresh methi Leaves -- 1/2 bunch
  3. Oil -- 2 tspn
  4. Cumin seeds -- 1/2 tspn
  5. Asafetida -- 1/2 tspn
  6. Garlic -- 10 cloves chopped
  7. Ginger -- 1 tspn chopped
  8. Green chillh -- 2 chopped
  9. Onion -- 1 chopped
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Red chilly to taste
  12. Dry mango powder -- 1/2 tspn
  13. Turmeric powder -- 1/2 tspn
  14. Garam masala -- 1/2 tspn
  15. Other ingredients ---
  16. Paneer cubes
  17. Tomato in diced
  18. Capsicum in diced
  19. Corn flour paste
  20. Fresh methi leaves
  21. Oil for fry

Instructions

  1. For stuffing --
  2. Heat oil into a pan then crackle zeera and asafetida.
  3. Add garlic cook then add onions and saute them .
  4. Now add fresh methi nd green chilly, cook for 2 -3 minutes .
  5. 4. Now add all spices nd mix well. Cook till it becomes dry. Studying is ready .
  6. Place one tspn stuffing in between two slices of Paneer . Make ready all paneer slices like this .
  7. Add some fresh methi into corn paste .
  8. Dip stuffed Paneer slices into corn methi paste .
  9. Fry into hot oil.
  10. Saute capsicum and tomato diced on tawa .
  11. Assembling Tikka ---
  12. Set capsicum, tomato nd fry stuffed Paneer slices into skewer.
  13. Ready Methi Paneer Tikka serve with any sauce .
