Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Orange color pasta:
  2. 1 cup Tomato puree
  3. 1/2 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
  4. 1 tbsp ketchup
  5. 1 tsp chilli flakes
  6. 1 tsp Salt
  7. 1 cup boiled pasta
  8. White color pasta:
  9. 1 tbsp all propose flour
  10. 1 1/2 cup milk
  11. 1 tsp Salt
  12. 1 tsp pepper
  13. 1 cup boiled pasta
  14. Green color pasta:
  15. 1 cup chopped coriander
  16. 1/2 cup finely chopped broccoli
  17. 1/2 cup chopped green capsicum
  18. 1 tsp Salt
  19. 1 tsp Oregano
  20. 1 cup boiled pasta
  21. Other Ingredients:
  22. Grated cheese
  23. Blake olives

Instructions

  1. Orange color pasta preparation:
  2. In a saucepan, add butter, tomato puree, red capsicum, chilli flakes, ketchup and salt and cook for 5 mins. Add pasta and keep aside.
  3. White color pasta preparation:
  4. In a saucepan, add butter and all purpose flour.
  5. Once it turns golden brown, add milk and stir continuously.
  6. Add salt, pepper and some cheese cook for 2 mins.
  7. Now add pasta and cook for 3 mins. Keep aside.
  8. Green color pasta:
  9. Grind coriander, capsicum with salt and 1 tsp water and keep aside.
  10. Now in a saucepan, add butter, broccoli, coriander paste, oregano and cook for 2 mins.
  11. Now add pasta and cook for 3 more mins. Keep aside.
  12. Serving:
  13. Now in a bowl put orange pasta layer first, they white and then green pasta layer and put it down on serving plate.
  14. Garnish it with grated cheese and olives.
  15. Ready to serve!
