Lilva stuff bajri - methi puri ( lilva puri )

Ingredients to make Lilva stuff bajri - methi puri ( lilva puri )

  • 1 bowl lilva ( green tuver ) beans
  • 1 bowl chopped fenugreek leaves
  • 1 bowl bajri flour
  • 2 teaspoon chopped chillies
  • 2 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 2 teaspoon curd
  • 1 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • salt as per taste
  • oil for frying

How to make Lilva stuff bajri - methi puri ( lilva puri )

  1. Take a big bowl and take bajri flour, fenugreek leaves, સેસમે seeds, pepper powder, sugar, turmeric powder, curd, salt and 2 teaspoon oil. Mix it well
  2. Now add some water and prepare dough from it And rest it for five minutes.. Now crush green tuver and heat a pan.. then add seasame seeds,, green chillies, salt and powdered sugar and mix it well.
  3. Now, let it cool at room temperature.
  4. Now take a small portion of bajri methi dough and make puri from it and take half teaspoon of lilva stuffing and stuff it in puri. After filling this seal puri like kachori .
  5. Now carefully make a puri from this kachori shaped ball and deep fry it.
  6. Serve it hot with red chilli chutney and sweet curd.
  7. Now lilva puri is ready to eat.. u can enjoy it with tea or coffee also

My Tip:

This recipe is also useful in journey time.. Because it remains long lasting like 2-3 days
