ABOUT Spinach & Mint chakli RECIPE

It is Healthy winter special snack. Spinach contains lot of health benifits, taste also very crispy and yammy.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 10 spinach leaves
  2. 1/2 cup chopped mint leaves
  3. 1 cup Rice flour
  4. 1/2 cup besan
  5. 1/4 cup cornflour
  6. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  7. 1 tsp coriander and Cumin powder
  8. 1 tsp carom seeds
  9. Salt to taste
  10. oil for deep fry
  11. 1 tsp cumin and sesame seeds
  12. 1 green chilli.

Instructions

  1. In the mixer add washed fresh spinach & mint leaves , green chilli, and little water grind to smooth paste.
  2. Take the mixing bowl add sieved all flours and all spices mix well
  3. After add the grinded spinach paste and salt then knead the smooth dough.. If you want add water.
  4. Further take the small sized dough make cylindrical shape and put in the chakli maker
  5. Make the chakli in 3 to 4 round shape .or as your wish to how much you want. and repeat the process.
  6. Next heat the oil in pan and once oil is hot sufficiently. Fry all chakalis in oil. Till they turns golden brown colour.
  7. Finally serve crispy and yammmy chakalis with tea or etc.
