Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Rice Flour (Chawal Ka Atta) - 250 Grams
  2. Gram Flour (Besan) - 100 Grams
  3. Spinach (Palak) - 1 Bunch
  4. Mint Leaves (Pudina) - 1 Bunch
  5. Green Coriander (Hara Dhaniya) - 1 Bunch
  6. Green Chillies (Hari Mirch) - 3 to 4
  7. Ginger Garlic Paste (Adrak Lasoon Paste) - 1 Table Spoon
  8. Chat Masala - 1 Table Spoon
  9. Cumin Powder (Jeera Powder) - 1 Tea Spoon
  10. Whole Spice Powder (Garam Masala Powder) - 1 Tea Spoon
  11. Lemon Juice (Nimbu Ka Ras) - 1 Table Spoon
  12. Oil - 2 Table Spoon to add in the dough
  13. Oil (Tel) - For Frying as per your requirement
  14. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixture jar wash and add spinach, mint leave, green chillies, ginger garlic paste and lemon juice. Make a fine paste and keep aside
  2. In a bowl add rice & gram flour, cumin & whole spice powder, chat masala, oil and salt according to taste. Mix all the ingridents
  3. Now add green paste made out of (spinach, mint leave, green chillies, ginger garlic paste and lemon juice) and knead a soft down by adding sufficient water
  4. Take the murukku maker along with disc which has many holes. You can use any other the disc as per your choice. Grease murukku maker and place the dough inside it
  5. Heat oil in a non-stick pan or kadai. Once the oil is hot, press the dough through the many disc holes on moving in circular motion. Allow it get to get fried. Once the temperature of oil comes to normal. Switch on the gas on low flame and fried them till they light golden brown or crispy
  6. The dish is ready to be served hot with Adrakwali Chai
