About Gujarati Mint Sev Recipe

Gujarati Mint Sev

Ingredients to make Gujarati Mint Sev

  • 250 gm gram flour
  • salt as per taste
  • mint paste 2 tsp
  • red chilli powder as per taste
  • turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
  • mustard oil for frying
  • water as much required for kneading

How to make Gujarati Mint Sev

  1. Mix all the ingredients together, add water and knead into a soft dough.
  2. Heat oil in a large pan, transfer the dough in the Sev Maker (Machine) and directly press over the oil.
  3. Deep fry till golden in colour. Store in an airtight container.

My Tip:

Heat the oil first on a high-medium flame then fry on a low flame.
