Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Spinach...a bunch
  2. A handful mint leaves
  3. Chopped Onion...1
  4. Ajwain...1 spn
  5. Hing...1/4 th spn
  6. Salt
  7. oil
  8. Garam Masala powder


  1. Chop spinach , mint & onion. Mix all the ingredients & knead a dough.
  2. Roll out rotis from dough and shallow fry it in little oil in a pan.
