Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 cups Flour
  2. Boiled spinach Puree 3/4 cup
  3. Boiled mashed potatoes 1/2 cup
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Red chilly powder 1 tsp
  6. Coriander powder 1/4 teaspoon
  7. Hing 1 pinch
  8. Garam masala. 1/4 teaspoon


  1. Ina a bowl,add flour, salt, little water and spinach puree and knead a smooth dough.
  2. In a bowl, add potatoes, red chilly powder, coriander powder, hing, garam masala, and salt. Mix well
  3. Now heat a tawa and divide dough into equal portions
  4. Roll the balls into pooris. Add spoonful of potato mixture at the center of poori
  5. Gather the sides together and seal the dough completely. Gently roll the balls into Parathas
  6. Place the Paratha on heated tawa. Drizzle ghee on top and over edges of parathas. Cook on both sides until golden brown
  7. Serve hot with any pickle, curd
