Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat flour 1 cup
  2. Spinach puree 1 cup
  3. Green Chili, ginger paste 1/2 tsp
  4. Salt as per taste
  5. Oil 1 tbsp
  6. Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  7. Sesame seeds 1 tbsp


  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and knead soft dough
  2. Rest dough for 15 min
  3. Divide dough into equal portions, roll into parathas
  4. Heat tawa , cook paratha on both sides until golden brown. Drizzle oil/ghee all over
  5. Serve hot with curd and pickle
