Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Whole wheat flour 1 cup
  2. Gram flour 1/2 cup
  3. Spinach leaves 1 cup
  4. Green chillies 2
  5. Curd 2 teaspoons
  6. Salt 1 teaspoon
  7. Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon
  9. Oil for shallow frying paranthas

Instructions

  1. Sieve both the flours in a pot
  2. Add chopped spinach leaves in it
  3. Add chopped green chillies
  4. Add salt , pepper powder and cumin seeds
  5. Add curd
  6. Knead the flour by adding enough water
  7. Take a small portion of dough and make a ball
  8. Roll by rolling pin
  9. Shallow fry on tawa by adding oil on both sides till crispy
  10. Serve with chutney pickles and white butter
