Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 300 gm spinach, chopped
  2. 2-3 carrots, crushed
  3. 7 cloves garlic, minced
  4. 1 inch ginger, grated
  5. 3 green chilies,finely chopped
  6. 3 tsp salt
  7. 70 -60 gm wheat flour


  1. Add all ingredients in to bowl and mix well
  2. Add water and knead into smooth dough. Rest for 20 minutes
  3. Divide dough into equal portions. roll out into rotis
  4. Heat Tawa, place parathas on tawa. Flip and cook on both sides until golden brown. Drizzle butter on top
  5. Serve hot with curd and pickle
