1 bunch spinach. 15/20 leaves mint. 1 medium onion. Green chillies. 1 spoon garam masala. 2 bowl gram flour. Ginger. Salt to taste. Red chilli powder. Oil to deep fry.

  1. 1 bunch spinach
  2. 15/20 mint leaves
  3. Green chillies
  4. Ginger
  5. Gram flour
  6. Garam Masala
  7. 1/2 spoon asefotida
  8. Red chilly powder
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Oil to fry.

Instructions

  1. Wash spinach n mint leaves properly.
  2. Cut it into fine small pieces. Cut onion n green chillies. Crush the ginger in small pieces Now mix it with gram flour. Add asefotida, red chilly powder, garam masala and salt. Mix 2 spoon of oil . Now make a dough. Take a medium size pan with deep base. Heat oil in pan. Now make small balls of prepared dough. Deep fry for 3/4 minutes.n serve with green chutney.
