Suji veggie toast

Ingredients to make Suji veggie toast

  • Bread slices 6
  • semolina 2 tablespoons
  • Chopped capsicum 50 gram
  • Grated carrot 50 gram
  • Chopped cabbage 50 gram
  • onion chopped 50 gram
  • curd 1 tablespoon
  • salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • oil to grease the pan

How to make Suji veggie toast

  1. Soak semolina in curd and water to make a smooth thick batter
  2. Meanwhile chopped all the vegetables
  3. Mix in semolina batter
  4. Add salt and pepper
  5. Mix well
  6. Spread this mixture on one side of bread slice
  7. Heat a nonstick pan
  8. Grease it
  9. Put the bread slice keeping semolina mixture upside first
  10. Then flip carefully and roast till crispy
  11. Serve hot with tomato catchup and chutney
