Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup Nutrela granules
  2. 2 tomatoes grated
  3. 1 medium potato
  4. 1 small onion chopped fine
  5. 1tspn ginger garlic paste
  6. 1tspn cummin seeds
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1tspn red chilli powder
  9. 1/2 tspn pepper
  10. 1/4th tspn haldi
  11. 1 tspn corriander powder


  1. Wash soak Nutrela granules
  2. Boil with salt 2 minutes, strain
  3. Keep ready 2grated tomato and 1onion chopped on side too
  4. Heat and add ginger garlic paste.stir fry Add tomato grated
  5. Mix fry well
  6. Add onion greens/scallions chopped too
  7. Add Peeled and halved 1 potato
  8. Add seasoning and mix well
  9. Cook in pressure 5-8 minutes
  10. Remove in a bowl garnish with corriander
