Ingredients to make rice paper dumpling soup with pan fried rice paper roll

  • for the filling
  • chicken keema 200 gm
  • grated garlic 2 tablespoon
  • grated ginger 2 tablespoon
  • 2 small onion finely chopped
  • 1 medium capsicum chopped
  • black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  • darksoya sauce 1 teaspoon
  • vinegar 1 teaspoon
  • oil 2 tablespoon
  • salt to taste
  • rice pepper 7-8 sheets
  • chicken stock
  • chopped carrot 2 tablespoon
  • salt and pepper for seasoning

How to make rice paper dumpling soup with pan fried rice paper roll

  1. for making filling, heat oil in a pan. fry ginger and garlic.
  2. add onion . fry till translucent
  3. add chicken keema, salt and pepper. mix and cook.
  4. add vinegar and soya sauce. mix
  5. add capsicum . mix and cook
  6. dip rice pepper in warm water for few seconds
  7. cut it into four quarters. place fillings on each piece. wrap and form small dumplings
  8. all the dumplings are ready
  9. add carrot and 3-4 tablespoon chicken filling to chicken stock. boil.
  10. switch off the flame. add the dumplings to it. season with salt and pepper.
  11. place some fillings on a soaked rice paper.
  12. fold it to form rolls
  13. shallow fry them on low flame till crisp on both sides.
  14. serve soup with soup stick and rolls with schezwan sauce.

My Tip:

Don’t soak the rice paper too long.
