Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 bowl soaked rice
  2. 1 chopped onion
  3. 1 chopped carrot
  4. 1 bowl boiled peas
  5. 2 teaspoon oil
  6. salt
  7. 1/2 bowl tomato sauce
  8. 1/2 teaspoon soya sauce


  1. Grind the soaked rice into a smooth paste with water till the batter is like flowing ribbon consistency.
  2. Take the rice batter in the muslin cloth piping bag, spoon and spread over boiled water, cover it with a lid and remove after 2 minutes when steamed properly.
  3. Take a pan add oil and saute the chopped vegetables.
  4. Add salt and tomato sauce and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add soy sauce and mix well. Remove from fire and let it cool.
  6. Spoon the mixture on rice papers and make envelope folds like spring rolls and serve.
