Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Vermicelli 1/2 cup
  2. Lettuce leaves 5
  3. Thinly sliced carrots 1/3cup
  4. Thinly sliced red and yellow bell peppers 1/2 cup
  5. Chopped onion 1
  6. Crushed roasted peanuts 1/4 cup
  7. Vinegar 1 tsp
  8. Light soya sauce 1 tsp
  9. Chilli flakes
  10. Fresh coriander chopped
  11. Rice paper sheets 8 nos
  12. Salt according to taste

Instructions

  1. For vermicelli: Boil vermicelli in water and drain the water once done. Pour cold water over it to prevent sticking. Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and add chopped onion and saute . Then add chilli flakes, boiled vermicelli, a dash of soya sauce and vinegar along with salt and saute for a minute and keep it aside.
