Mango Rice Kheer

Ingredients to make Mango Rice Kheer

  • 1 1/2 litre milk
  • 1 cup mango puree
  • 1/2 cup rice
  • 1/2 tsp green cardamom powder
  • Some mango pieces for garnishing
  • 2 tsp pistachio
  • 1 cup sugar or as per your taste

How to make Mango Rice Kheer

  1. Take a heavy bottom pan, put milk and heat it.
  2. Soak the rice for a few minutes.
  3. When the milk start boiling, add rice, keep stirring and add the cardamom powder.
  4. Cook kheer till you get the right or thick consistency. Add sugar, mango puree and mix well.
  5. Garnish with pistachio and mango pieces.

My Tip:

Serve chilled.
