Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mung daal( green gram ) 1/4;cup
  2. Udad daal 1/2 cup
  3. Masoor daal( lentil red)) 1/4 cup
  4. Chillis 2
  5. Ginger garlic paste 1 tspn
  6. Eno 1 tspn
  7. 1 tspn mustard seeds for tadka

Instructions

  1. Wash all daals n soak in water for 4 to 5 hrs
  2. After 4 hrs grind daal in mixture add two chilli s while grinding
  3. Keep batter overnight if u have time to wait else mix Eno for instance furmantation
  4. Grease silicone mould n put 3 to for spoon batter in to it
  5. Take microwave safe bowl put some water in to it n keep silicone mould in to water n steam for 5 mins
  6. U can microwave without water also bt keep it on mind u have to cover lid while microwave
  7. If u want can steam in steamer as usual dhokla instead of mircowave
  8. After steaming give tadka by mustard seeds
  9. Making tadka _ Take a pan heat 2 tspn oil put mustard seeds n Kari leaves then add1/2 glass water add 1/4 tspn salt n 2 tspn sugar , 1 tspn lemon juice boil the mixture for 5 mins
  10. Tadka u can sprinkle on dhokla or cute dhoklas u can dipped in to tadka
