About Moringa pulao with veg raita Recipe

Moringa is a super food . It is very rich and helps balance of harmons.it helps weight loss ,anemia,thyroid .It is rich in vitamin c,iron fiber,calcium .It's known as nature's multivitamin. It is very healthy fir kids do we should accumulate in our food.Because of some bitterness kids may be don't like but this pulao has an excellent recipe. In this pulao I add coconut,peas and ppomegranate seeds so it's taste is amazing .

Moringa pulao with veg raita

Ingredients to make Moringa pulao with veg raita

  • 4 cup boiled rice
  • 1 tbsp moringa powder or 1 cup moringa leaves
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 big onion
  • 1/2 cup boiled peas
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 1 tsp jeera
  • For moringa mix---
  • 4 cardmon
  • 1 stick of cinnamon
  • 1 small piece of mace
  • 1/2 cup grated coconut
  • 1/2 tbsp fennel seeds
  • 5 peppercorns
  • 2 green chillies

How to make Moringa pulao with veg raita

  1. For mornings mix--- Take a mixi and add all given ingredients in it
  2. Add garlic cloves and half onion in it And grind coarsely
  3. Now heat ghee in pan
  4. Add jeera and onion
  5. Saute onion and add daalchini
  6. Then take boiled rice and mix all along with peas
  7. Add mornings mix and salt and mix all of them
  8. Squeeze lemon in it
  9. Our pulao is ready
  10. Add pomegranate pearls in it it will make it more tasty as well it will look beautiful so kids will have pulao happily
  11. Serve with veg raita
