Aloo soya coated egg bombs

Ingredients to make Aloo soya coated egg bombs

  • Soya chunks 50gms
  • Boiled pealed eggs
  • Allo 2 medium sized boiled smashed
  • Half tsp salt
  • 2 green chilli
  • 1tsp chopped ginger
  • Half tsp cumin powder
  • Cornstarch half cup
  • Bread grams 1cup
  • oil as needed
  • Mayoneese for taste
  • Grated carrot half cup

How to make Aloo soya coated egg bombs

  1. Let's start boil the water when get bubbling put soya chunks
  2. Drain water keep a side,t transfer blender jar make paste
  3. Transfer the paste into a bowl add boiled smashed potato ,salt,chilli paste,cumin powder, carrot,coriander,cornstarch mix up all the spices
  4. Take each egg cover up aloo soya masala
  5. Cover fully egg should be inside outside aloo soya doe coat with bread grams
  6. Heat an oil leave slowly egg bombs fried well once it get golden colour take out tissue paper
  7. Take a serving plate cut egg bombs serve with mayoneese with onion rings ready to serve

My Tip:

Once dipped bread grams to the eggs keep the refrigerator as 15mins..before friying
