Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Noodles 1 packet
  2. Potato 1
  3. Carrot 1
  4. Beans 5 to 6
  5. Capsicum 1
  6. Chopped onion two tablespoon
  7. Chopped garlic 1 teaspoon
  8. Chopped green chilli half teaspoon
  9. Soya sauce one tablespoon
  10. Tomato sauce one tablespoon
  11. Chilli sauce half teaspoon
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Sugar half teaspoon
  14. White oil 3 tablespoon
  15. Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
  16. Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  17. Ajinomoto 1 tablespoon


  1. All vegetable's cut into a small cubs.
  2. in a large Kadai heat oil over the moderately low heat.
  3. add the onion, garlic and green chilli some fry for a few seconds.
  4. then add all vegetables until the vegetables start to soften about 5 to 10 minutes.
  5. add salt bring to boil.
  6. reduce the heat and simmer partially covered until the vegetables are almost tender about 10 minutes.
  7. then add noodles mix well and add 2 cup of hot water, soya sauce, tomato sauce, chilli sauce, ajinamoto and cook on a medium flame to 5 to 6 minutes. while stirring occasionally.
  8. Serve hot noodles with sprinkle black pepper powder and lemon juice.
