Chinese vegetable noodle soup

Ingredients to make Chinese vegetable noodle soup

  • Noodles 1 packet
  • potato 1
  • carrot 1
  • Beans 5 to 6
  • capsicum 1
  • Chopped onion two tablespoon
  • Chopped garlic 1 teaspoon
  • Chopped green chilli half teaspoon
  • Soya sauce one tablespoon
  • tomato sauce one tablespoon
  • chilli sauce half teaspoon
  • salt to taste
  • sugar half teaspoon
  • White oil 3 tablespoon
  • lemon juice 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  • Ajinomoto 1 tablespoon

How to make Chinese vegetable noodle soup

  1. All vegetable's cut into a small cubs.
  2. in a large Kadai heat oil over the moderately low heat.
  3. add the onion, garlic and green chilli some fry for a few seconds.
  4. then add all vegetables until the vegetables start to soften about 5 to 10 minutes.
  5. add salt bring to boil.
  6. reduce the heat and simmer partially covered until the vegetables are almost tender about 10 minutes.
  7. then add noodles mix well and add 2 cup of hot water, soya sauce, tomato sauce, chilli sauce, ajinamoto and cook on a medium flame to 5 to 6 minutes. while stirring occasionally.
  8. Serve hot noodles with sprinkle black pepper powder and lemon juice.
