Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 kg winter carrots grated
  2. Half litre pure Milk
  3. 150 grams sugar
  4. 100 grams pure ghee
  5. 1tspn cardomom seeds
  6. Dry fruits if choice added and for garnish too


  1. Peel was Grate carrots keep aside
  2. Heat milk and add carrots slowly
  3. Mix well stirring first five minutes as it comes to gud boil
  4. Now slow gas let the carrots halva cook
  5. Now wen almost milk dries up add 150 gram sugar
  6. Mix stir cook well as it dries up and gets almost drying again ,add ghee and cardomom
  7. Add ghee agai. To finally roast it well
  8. Add dry fruits like pista cashew pieces wen hot mix
  9. Now cool
  10. Remove in a bowl
  11. Serve as is or make the .Minis add this Mawa/khoya to the halwa wel mix
  12. can make a mix well
  13. Make coins by putting in mould or lid and take out on tray
  14. Garnish any of choice of dry fruits of kids
  15. Add Hershey's strawberry syrup to the plate and serve them
