Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 200 gram paneer cut into cubes
  2. 1 capsicum deseed and cut into cubes
  3. 1 onion cut into cubes
  4. 1 tomato deseed and cut into cubes
  5. Coriander mint chatni 4 table spoon
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Hung curd 1 cup
  8. Rosted gram flour 2 table spoon


  1. Take a bowl add curd
  2. Add rosted gram flour, salt, green chatni and mix
  3. Add all vegetables and paneer and marinate and set for 20 minutes in freezer
  4. Take toothpicks and arrange all veggies with paneer and grill Tikka in preheated microwave 15 minutes
  5. Serve with salad and chatni
