About Seafood Noodles Recipe

A taste of what the beautiful sea offers us for food. Japanese styles noodles tossed with clams and shrimps with seasoning.

Seafood Noodles

Ingredients to make Seafood Noodles

  • 450g Prawns
  • 400g Udon noodles
  • 220g Bean sprouts
  • 150g Clams
  • 15 mushrooms
  • 4 green onions
  • 4 tbs Bonito flakes
  • 4 tbs soy sauce
  • 2 tbs Sunflower oil
  • 4 tsp seaweed

How to make Seafood Noodles

  1. Cook noodles in a pot of boiling water for 10-15 mins. Drain /
  2. Cook clams in a pot of boiling water for 2-3 mins, until the clams open.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan till hot. Add prawns and stir fry for 2 mins.
  4. Add green onions, bean sprouts, mushrooms and seaweed. Stir fry for 2 mins.
  5. Add the noodles, clams and then soy sauce, mix well.
  6. Season with bonito flakes and green onions and cook for another minute.
  7. Divide noodles into bowls and serve.
