Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Boiled rice 1/2 tumbler
  2. Kadala paruppu 1/2 tumbler
  3. Big onion 1 no
  4. Small onion 6 pieces
  5. Red chilly 3 no
  6. Ginger 1 piece
  7. Asafoetioa 3 pinch
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Chopped carrot 1 no
  10. Green peas 1/2 cup
  11. Water
  12. Curry leaves 7 no
  13. Gingerly oil 6 spoons
  14. Mustard seeds 1 spoon
  15. Urdhal 1 spoon


  1. Cut small and big onion
  2. Carrot green peas ginger Curry leaves red chilly
  3. Boiled rice and kadala paruppu
  4. Mustard seeds and dhal
  5. Grind rice and kadala paruppu in mixie jar
  6. Pour ginger oil in pan once oil heated put mustard seed and ourdhal
  7. Add onions curry leaves red chilly chopped ginger
  8. Chopped vegetables
  9. Then add salt and asafoetioa and water allow them to.boilalong with vegetables
  10. Add the grinded rice and kadala paruppu mixture to it
  11. Close with lid and allow them to cook
  12. Its ready to serve
  13. Serve with graded coconut on top
