Ingredients to make Aravi sabji

  • Aravi 250 gram
  • salt to taste
  • red chilly powder 1 spoon
  • turmeric powder 1/2 spoon
  • coriander powder 1/2 spoon
  • lemon juice 2 spoon
  • Ajwain 1/2 spoon
  • coriander leaves chopped
  • oil as required

How to make Aravi sabji

  1. Take a aravi .boil it in pressure cooker
  2. Then peel it and cut it
  3. Then take a pan
  4. Add 2 tsp oil
  5. Add ajwain , then add 1 spoon Garlic paste
  6. Then add turmeric powder and red chilly powder and salt saute it
  7. Then add 1 cup water and boil it
  8. Then add aravi , then put the gas on medium flame and stirring well
  9. Garnish with coriander leaves
