TAWA PANEER CHAAT WITH GOLGAPPA

Ingredients to make TAWA PANEER CHAAT WITH GOLGAPPA

  • golgappa or pani puri 15 to 20
  • paneer 250 gram
  • refined oil 3 tablespoons
  • chopped onion 2 ( big)
  • ginger paste half teaspoon
  • garlic paste half teaspoon
  • green chillies (optional) one teaspoon
  • Chopped yellow, green, red bell peppers 3 tablespoons each
  • tomato puree half cup
  • pav bhaji masala 2 tea spoons
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tea spoon
  • Chat masala 1 Teaspoon
  • white pepper powder half teaspoon
  • coriander leaves as required
  • bhujia as required
  • tamarind chutney as required
  • salt as per taste
  • sugar 1/2 teaspoon
  • lemon juice 1 table spoon

How to make TAWA PANEER CHAAT WITH GOLGAPPA

  1. cut the Paneer in cubes
  2. heat the oil in a pan and add paneer and Sprinkle little amount of salt to it
  3. Fry till golden brown
  4. keep aside
  5. now in that same oil add chopped onion and fry till translucent
  6. add ginger- garlic paste, combine well
  7. add bellpeppers and fry for a minute by covering
  8. now add salt, turmeric powder , sugar and pav bhaji masala and mix well
  9. add Tomato Puree
  10. then add pepper powder,fried paneer and chat masala
  11. mix it well
  12. turn off the gas and add the lemon juice
  13. now keep 2 -3 Paneer cubes inside the golgappa
  14. Sprinkle bhujia and coriander leaves
  15. serve with tamarind chutney
