Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled and mashed potatos 1 cup
  2. Boiled Channa 1 table spoon
  3. Chopped onion 1 table spoon
  4. Crushed mint 1 table spoon
  5. Crushed coriander and ginger 1 cup
  6. Crushed chilli 1 tea spoon
  7. Lemon juice 1tea spoon
  8. White pepper powder 1 tea spoon
  9. Chilli powder 1 table spoon
  10. Garlic paste 1 table spoon
  11. Water as per required
  12. Jaggery 1 table spoon
  13. Crushed immli 1 table spoon
  14. Golgappa puri 5 / 6 pieces

Instructions

  1. Stuffing :
  2. Take bowl. Add potatoes, Channa, onion, garlic paste and white pepper powder. Mixed it well. Stuffing is ready.
  3. Mint water :
  4. Take bowl. Add crushed mint, coriander, ginger, white pepper powder, lemon juice and chilli. Add water as per required. Mixed it well. And strain it properly. Mint water is ready.
  5. Immli water :
  6. Take bowl, add crushed immli, Jaggery, chilli powder and black pepper powder. Mixed it properly. Put it on slow flame for 5 minutes. At last strain it properly.
  7. Now take puri. Cut their above part in round shaped using ur thumb. Add that stuffing in puri.
  8. Enjoy with different waters.
