Cabbage Manchurian is famous street food. Kids love this manchurian, it is very easy to prepare at home.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For cabbage balls
  2. Cabbage - 2 cups(shredded)
  3. Salt - 1 pinch
  4. Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Tsp
  5. Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  6. Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
  7. Rice flour - 1/2 tsp
  8. Corn flour - 4 tsp
  9. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
  10. Soya sauce - 1/2 tsp
  11. Oil - To deep fry
  12. For manchurian sauce
  13. Butter - 2 t sps
  14. Garlic - 2tsp(chopped)
  15. Ginger - 1/2 tsp(chopped)
  16. Capsicum - 1/2
  17. Spring onion wtes - 1/2 cup
  18. Spring onion greens - 1/2 cup
  19. Green chilli - 1
  20. Red cli powder - 1/2 tsp
  21. Soya sauce - 2 tsp
  22. Tomato sauce - 2 tsp
  23. Green chilli sauce - 1 tsp
  24. Corn flour - 1 tsp
  25. salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Finely chop cabbage rrate cabbage and take it into bowl add 1 tsp of salt mix it well. Close the lid and set it aside for 10 to 15 minutes.
  2. After 15 min squeeze out water rom cabbage completely to get dry cabbage.
  3. Now add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, soya sauce, salt, ginger garlic paste, corn flour, rice flour into dry cabbage mix everything well.
  4. Take a pan add oil let it heat, mould small cabbage balls and keep it ready.
  5. Drop cabbage balls in oil and fry till it changes golden color on medium to low flames and take it into plate.
  6. Cabbage balls are ready, now we will prepare manchurian sauce.
  7. Take a pan add butter, chopped ginger garlic once it fried add spring onion whites and half of greens, capsicum fry it on high flames by adding salt.
  8. Now add red chilli powder, mentioned sauces in ingredients fry everything well on high flames. .
  9. Take a cup of water add cornflour mix it well and add into above pan, saute everything well.
  10. If you feel sauce is very thick, adjust water. Now add fried cabbage balls and give it qucik saute.
  11. Yummy and tasty cabbage manchurian is ready take into serving ball garnish with green chilli and spring onion greens.
  12. Serve cabbage manchurian when hot. And enjoy your day :)
