Ingredients to make Multigrain flour fenugreek thepla pizzaa

  • For thepla
  • 1/2 cup wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup chickpea flour
  • 1/2 cup raagi flour
  • 1/2 cup rice flour
  • 1/2 cup baajra flour
  • 1 cup curd
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp asafotieda
  • Some water
  • For pizza
  • Cheese 3-4 cube
  • corn boil 4-5 spoon
  • Green olive
  • capsicum 1/2 cup cut
  • onion 1/2 cup cut
  • tomato 1/3 cup cut
  • Pizza herbs :
  • oregano
  • chilli flakes

How to make Multigrain flour fenugreek thepla pizzaa

  1. Take all flour and ,fenugreek leaves ,cut fenugreek leaves into small pieces
  2. Then add, curd ,salt, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, oil,fenugreek leaves and some water and make dough.
  3. Rest 15 minute.
  4. Then make round thepla.
  5. In a add some butter and roast thepla , one side
  6. Then roast other side .
  7. Then spread pizza sauce one side
  8. Spread cheese on it.
  9. Then spread some capsicum, onion, corn, green olive ,tomato,on it then spread second layer on it
  10. Greased butter on a pan , place thepla on it
  11. Cover the lead and heat it some time.,when the cheese melt put off the gas.
  12. Pizza is ready ,sprinkle some pizza herbs on it

My Tip:

You can also add oats powder in it
