A delicious recipe of thepla, made with garlic, fenugreek leaves, milet flour.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Bajra flour 2 cup
  2. Wheat flour 2 spoon
  3. Fenugreek leaves 1/2 cup
  4. Garlic paste 1 spoon
  5. Turmeric powder 1/2 spoon
  6. Red chilly powder 1 spoon
  7. Coriander powder 1/2 spoon
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Oil as required

Instructions

  1. Take a bajra flour, wheat flour mix well.
  2. Add garlic paste,all spices, salt and make a dough.
  3. Rest for 15 minutes.
  4. Then make a round Roti.
  5. Take a pan. Place the thepla on it.Greased with oil..Roasted it both sides.
  6. Serve hot.
