Ingredients to make Multigrain healthy flour bhakhri pizza

  • wheat flour 1/2 cup
  • chickpea flour 2 spoon
  • Bajra flour 2 spoon
  • Rice flour 2 spoon
  • salt to taste
  • oil as required
  • butter as required
  • Green olive
  • Boil Corn 2 spoon
  • capsicum cut 2 spoon
  • onion 2 spoon
  • cabbage small cut 1/2 cup
  • tomato small cut 1/2 cup
  • Oregano as required
  • chilli flakes as required
  • tomato Sauce
  • Pizza topping 1 cup

How to make Multigrain healthy flour bhakhri pizza

  1. Take all flour
  2. Add salt, water ,oil and make tight dough.
  3. Make round shape bhakhri like this,make hole with fork
  4. Then roast it both side on pan ,
  5. Then spread pizza mayyonise on it then spread cheese on it
  6. Then spread vegetable, corn ,olive on it
  7. And spread second layer of cheese
  8. Sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes on it
  9. Bhakhri pizza is ready
