Hot milk cupcake

Ingredients to make Hot milk cupcake

  • Milk 3/4 cup
  • all purpose flour /maida 1 1/8 cup
  • sugar 1 cup
  • egg 2
  • butter 4 tbsp (room temperature)
  • egg 2
  • Baking Powder 1 Tsp
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Pinch of salt
  • Whipped cream for frosting

How to make Hot milk cupcake

  1. In a bowl drive maida, salt and baking powder.
  2. In other bowl beat eggs until creamy and pale in colour.
  3. Gradually add sugar and again beat it.
  4. Add maida mix and fold with light hands.
  5. In a pan add milk, butter and vanilla essence.
  6. Heat on the gas and cook until butter melts and bubbles seems on its edges.
  7. Now pour this hot milk in maida mix and Incorporate together.
  8. Now pour 2/3 batter in cupcake greased tin. And Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
  9. When done ,take out from oven and let it cool.
  10. Beat the chilled whip cream until creamy and decorate as you like.
