Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Carrot - 1kg
  2. Mawa-300g
  3. Sugar-250g
  4. Milk-200g(Optional)
  5. Raisins-50g
  6. Pure Ghee-1 Tablespoonfuls
  7. Cashews- 150g
  8. Almond-100g
  9. Cardamom powder-1/2 teaspoon
  10. Grated coconut-1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Wash peel and grate all the carrots.
  2. Roast the Mawa and keep it in a separate bowl.
  3. Put the grated carrots in a pan and add sugar. Stir it continuously till the carrots have turned tender and all the moisture is burnt in the pan.
  4. Add Ghee and roast it for some time.
  5. Add raisins, mawa, almonds, cashew, and cardamom powder. Stir it for 10 minutes.
  6. Pour it in the dish and garnish it with coconut powder. Now, it is ready to serve.
