Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Wheat flour 3 cups
  2. Milk boiled 1 cup
  3. Coconut Milk 1 Cup
  4. Jaggery as required
  5. Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  6. A pinch of salt


  1. Heat a pan add the jaggery and water, mix it well. Once it's dissolved, filter the jaggery sauce.
  2. Prepare the wheat flour dough like a chapathi dough. Then leave it aside for 30 minutes.
  3. Make small ball shapes from the dough, you can make any different shapes that you want.
  4. Heat a pan, add milk and a little water with a pinch of salt. Allow it to boil.
  5. Now put all the wheat dough balls into the milk and allow it to cook for 10 mins. Then add the coconut milk and jaggery sauce. (You can add more milk if you want.)
  6. Serve it hot with cardamom and coconut powder sprinkled on top.
