Chana kolliwada(chana fry)

Ingredients to make Chana kolliwada(chana fry)

  • One cup chickpeas
  • Rice flour 5 tsp
  • Corn flour 5tsp
  • salt one tsp
  • red chilli powder one tsp
  • Tumeric powder half tsp
  • coriander powder one tsp
  • Chat masala powder one tsp
  • oil for deep fry half litre
  • curry leaves few
  • garlic Cloves 8
  • mustard half tsp
  • pepper powder half tsp

How to make Chana kolliwada(chana fry)

  1. Soak one cup chickpeas in water 4 hours then add salt boil in water then strain remove water
  2. Add rice flour ,corn flour pinch salt
  3. Mix nicely with the cooked chickpeas till nicely coated with the flour.
  4. Heat oil in apan then deep fry on medium flame
  5. Crispy chickpeas
  6. Deep fried chickpeas
  7. Heat two spoon oil add,mustard seeds, turmeric ,garlic, curry leaves ,redchilly powder, pepper powder, coriander powder, chat masala mix
  8. Add fried chana dal
  9. Then mix nicely coated all spices
  10. Serve hot tasty snack
