Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled chick peas 2 cups
  2. Corn flour 1 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Black pepper half teaspoon
  5. Soya sauce 2spoon
  6. Tomatoes sauce 2 tbsp
  7. Red chilli sauce 2 tbsp
  8. Chopped garlic 3 tbsp
  9. Chopped green chillies 4
  10. Oil to deep fry

Instructions

  1. Take a wok heat oil
  2. Meanwhile take a bowl add the chick peas and half of the cornflour and coat well
  3. Then transfer it to another bowl and again coat with the remaining cornflour
  4. Deep fry them
  5. Take a wok heat oil
  6. Add garlic and chillies... Saute well
  7. Add the sauces and cook for 4 mins
  8. Add some water and cook for some time
  9. Add cornflour slurry to it and cook for some minutes and add the fried chick peas and coat well
  10. Serve hot
