Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For mutton ball
  2. Boneless mutton 500 gms
  3. Chopped ginger 1 tsp
  4. Chopped garlic 1 1/2 tsp
  5. Chopped onion 3 tsp
  6. Fennel powder 1 tsp
  7. Cumin powder 1 tsp
  8. Baking soda 1/4 tsp
  9. Cornflour 3 tsp
  10. Egg 1 but use half
  11. Salt to taste
  12. For gravy
  13. Refind oil 6 tbsp
  14. Fried onion paste 5 tsp
  15. Ginger garlic paste 3 tsp
  16. Fennel powder 1 tsp
  17. Cumin powder 1 tsp
  18. Red chilli powder 1 1/2 tsp
  19. Kashmiri red Chilli powder 2 tsp
  20. Dry Ginger Powder 1 Tsp
  21. Cardamom 6
  22. Cinnamon 1 stick
  23. Cumin 1/2 tsp
  24. Curd 5 tbsp
  25. Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  26. Chopped coriander leaves 3 tsp

Instructions

  1. Make a good paste of boneless mutton in a mixer..
  2. Mix all the spices for mutton ball given with the paste for 10 min..
  3. Make medium size ball in oiled plam.
  4. Put the balls in boiled water and cook for 20 minutes in low flame..
  5. On the other side pour oil in hot pan.
  6. Add whole cumin and whole garam masala,ginger powder and garlic fry for 2 minutes on medium flame.
  7. Now add fried onion paste..
  8. In a bowl mix all dust spices except dust garam masala and add onto the cooking pan.
  9. Cook in low flame
  10. When oil comes out from the cooked spices add whisked curd and cook for sometime.
  11. Now add the water in which the mutton balls are boiled..
  12. When boils put the balls.
  13. Cook for 1 hour in low flame...
  14. If extra water needed,add hot water.
  15. When cooking done,add garam masala powder and coriander leaves and cook for more 3 minutes...
