Royal rich n delicious kababs with a blanket of super finely chopped colourful veggies. These melt-in-the-mouth delicacy will truely become an irresitable appetizer for royal parties and will b added to the favorite list of guests too!!!

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. :diamonds:️For Kabaabs:
  2. Chicken mince 500 gms
  3. ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  4. green chilli paste 1 tbsp
  5. coriander powder 1 tsp
  6. garam masala powder 1tbsp
  7. salt to taste
  8. shredded cheese 2 tbsp
  9. fresh cream 1 tbsp
  10. 1 egg
  11. coriander chopped 2 tbsp
  12. fried onion crushed 2 tbsp
  13. :diamonds:️For coating:
  14. handful of finely chopped capsicum
  15. handful of finely chopped carrots
  16. handful of finely chopped onion
  17. beaten egg for holding the coating
  18. :diamonds:️For topping sauce:
  19. fresh cream 2 tbsp
  20. shredded mozzarella cheese 2 tbsp
  21. mayonnaise 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. :diamonds:️Marination: Marinate the minced chicken for 5-6 hrs with all the masalas, 1 egg, golden brown fried onion ground, nuts ground n cream n cheeze.
  2. :diamonds:️Shaping: Shape long kababs out of this marinated chkn mixture.
  3. :diamonds:️Coating: Now eggwash and coat the kababs with very finely chopped carrots capsicum and onion. :diamonds:️Grilling: Now place kababs in a foil (not to cover whole kababs with foil as they my release lot of water). Grill the kababs in open foil for around 25-30 min. Chk by inserting a toothpick if not done continue for 10 more minutes. :diamonds:️Topping: Once the kababs r grilled top them with the sauce prepared from cream, cheeze n mayo. :diamonds:️Serving: Serve hot!!!! Enjoy the delicacy with mint-coriander green chutney n lemon wedges....!!!
