  1. Palak leaves
  2. 1 onion
  3. 2 tomatoes
  4. Cheese grated
  5. Corn kernels
  6. Fennel seeds,garam masala,pepper powder
  7. Salt,chilli powder,butter,oil
  8. Maida paste,corn flour,bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. *soak the palak leaves in boiled water.close it for 5 minutes.Then rinse in cold water. *Fry 1 onion and 2 tomatoes in little butter or oil with a tsp of snauf seeds and kasuri methi and little amount of salt.
  2. *Grind palak and fried items without adding water. *keep aside.
  3. Corncheese kofta; *Boil corn kernels. *Grate cheese. *Boil two potatoes. Smash it. *Add these three items together with a son of corn flour. Add a tsp of char masala,pepper powder and salt. *Mix and make it to a dough.
  4. *Make it to small balls. *Dip this in corn flour ,then in maida paste and in bread crumbs
  5. *freeze for 30 minutes and then fry. *put these koftas in palak gravy.
  6. **palak gravy** *In a kadai add little oil.split mustard and jeera. Add grind palak mixture. *Add salt,garam masala,chilli powder and fresh cream.Bring to boil and your gravy is ready now.
  7. This is a very favourite dish to kids
