Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1 cup moth dal
  2. 1 cup mogar dal
  3. 2 cups whole wheat flour
  4. 4 table spoon hot oil + oil for frying
  5. 1 table spoon Red chilli powder
  6. 1 table spoon dry mango powder
  7. 1 table spoon fengureek leaves
  8. salt to taste ( sea salt and black salt )
  9. 1 tea spoon garam masala
  10. 1 tea spoon asafoetida
  11. water as required


  1. Soak both of dal for 6 to 7 hours
  2. Strain , and add whole wheat flour, salt, red chilli powder, asafoetida, fengureek leaves, dry mango powder, garam masala and hot oil
  3. Add water as required and knead a dough and make small ball's
  4. Roll out small poori with rolling pin and leave for 15 minutes
  5. Heat oil in a wok and and fry in medium flame till golden
  6. Poori is ready Enjoy with pickle, curd or chatni
