Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 6 big size potatoes
  2. 250 gm ghee
  3. 4 tsp curd
  4. 2 genger bulbs
  5. Garlic
  6. 2 tsp coriander seed
  7. 6-7 red chilli
  8. 5 medium size onion
  9. 6-7 tomato
  10. 2tsp methhi leaves
  11. 2tsp Jeera
  12. Tikkad Ingredients
  13. 2 cup wheat flour
  14. 1/2 cup chikflour
  15. 2tsp sujji
  16. 1tsp dry methi leaves
  17. 1tsp ajwain
  18. Salt to tast

Instructions

  1. Peel all potato and cut in long size
  2. After wash fring potatoes in desi ghee turn into golden color
  3. Take a mixer jar and add in ginger garlic green chilli red dry chilli tomatoes and onion, coriander seeds, jeera,salt, hing powder, dry methi ,chopped Spanish, curd ,tej pata long,cardamom and grinding this all masala
  4. Fring the grind masala in desi ghee there ghee quatity take 1 cup for fring masala
  5. Add this gravy extra salt red chilli powder , turmeric powder ,coriander powder, dry methi also
  6. Prepration of tikad take 2cup wheat flour, suji besan turmeric dry methi, and oil .make a tight and dough
  7. Prepard a roti and to stew in bati oven
  8. Now tikkad aare prepared and gravy we add fring potatoes keep it 10 minutes to cover the gravy after your meal are prepared for serving
