Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Raw Badi (Masala/Pumpkin) - 200 gram
  2. 2 Green Chilies
  3. 5 Pieces of Garlic Cloves
  4. 1/2 Onion cut into small pieces
  5. A Pinch of Salt to taste
  6. a frying pan
  7. 2 tbs of Mustard Oil

Instructions

  1. Step-1: Put the Oil in the Frying Pan and make them shallow fry for 2 mins.
  2. Step-2: In the mean time, Cut the onion, Garlic and Green Chilies into small sizes.
  3. Step-3: After the Badi gets shallow fried, Put them inside a bowl.
  4. Step-4: Mix the Badis with already prepared Onions, Garlic and Green Chilies and Salt to taste.
  5. Step-5: Then with the help of a Pestle, Crush the things slowly till all ingredients are mixed properly. Then your dish is ready to be served.
