ABOUT Karela with raw mango RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 250 gm karela
  2. 5-6 chopped spring onion
  3. 1 big size raw mango
  4. 1 tea spoon jeera
  5. Hing
  6. 1.5 tea spoon dhaniya powder
  7. 1.5 tea spoon turmeric powder
  8. 2 tea spoon red chili powder
  9. Grinded saunf
  10. Mustard oil

Instructions

  1. Cut karela into pieces and put salt as per your taste and mix well and keep aside for 10 minutes
  2. Cut spring onion and raw mango
  3. Take kadai put mustard oil, jeera hing and spring onion n saute till golden brown
  4. Add strained karela and all spices and mix well cover till karela becomes semi soft
  5. Add raw mango and grinded saunf and mix well and cover again till it becomes soft
  6. Karela ready to serve in lunch n dinner
