Ingredients to make Kaju katali

  • 250 gm cashew
  • 150 gm sugar
  • 50 gm milk powder

How to make Kaju katali

  1. Take a jar put cashew and grind it in 2 seconds intervals ( Turn On and off the grinder every 2 seconds )
  2. Now strain the grinded cashew and add milk powder and mix well and keep aside
  3. Now heat a kadhai and put sugar and 1/2cup of water and make chashni till its consistency is like 1 string
  4. Now add cashew and milk powder mixture and stir continuously for 1 minute on low flame and then switch off the flame And spread the mixture on the sides of kadhai and cool down for 5-10 minutes
  5. Now take thick and soft plastic and put the cashew mixture on it and kneed the mixture as shown in the picture And make a soft dough of it and the roll it with the help of roling pin and rest for 10 minute and then cut it in diamond shape
  6. Kaju katali is ready
  7. If you want you can apply chandi wark on top of it
  8. Enjoy this traditional indian sweet
