Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled and puried beetroot 2 medium
  2. Boiled potatoes 2
  3. Cashew nut powder 2 tbsp
  4. Roasted gram flour 3 heaped spoon
  5. Salt to taste
  6. White pepper as per taste
  7. Thyme 2 teaspoons
  8. Oregano 1 tsp
  9. Garam masala 1 tbsp
  10. Red chilly powder 1 tbsp
  11. Green cardamom powder
  12. Curd half cup
  13. Beetroot juice 1/8 cup
  14. Mayonaise 2 tbsp
  15. Achaar or pickle masala
  16. Home made chenna 1 cup

Instructions

  1. For the kebbabs :
  2. Take a non stick pan add ghee and beetroot cook till it reduces , then add potatoes , chenna and all the spices
  3. Then add the gram flour , cashew nut powder and cardamom powder ..mix well
  4. Then at last add thyme and mix and cook well till it leaves the side of the pan
  5. Cool it and keep aside
  6. For achari mayo dip :
  7. Take a bowl add mayo , salt , white pepper , achaar masala and mix well ....rwady to serve
  8. Heat a pan and roast the kebbabs ...make sure you donot add any fat at this stage as it will break your kebbabs ...
  9. Plate the kebbabs with achari mayo dip
  10. Serve hot
