Brown rice with bell peppers & broccoli

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Cooked brown rice - 2- cups
  2. Chopped bell peppers- 1- half cup
  3. Chopped broccoli- 1- cup
  4. Chopped onions- 1- one
  5. Ginger grated- 1- 1 pinch
  6. Garlic crushed- 5- cloves
  7. Black pepper, salt, soya sauce - 123- depends


  1. 1.Thinly chop all the veggies. 2.Heat an iron kadhai or wok, add extra virgin coconut oil or sesame oil or any oil of your choice. 3.add grated ginger and crushed garlic and saute. 4. Add veggies and salt. We had already added salt to the rice while cooking. 5. Saute, don't over cook. 6. Add black pepper & soya salt. 7. Add rice & stir. 8. Garnish & serve.
