Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Anjal Fish- 1- kg
  2. Coriander leaves- 1- bunch
  3. Mint leaves- 1- bunch
  4. Curry leaves- 1- bunch
  5. Badam- 1- handful
  6. Cashew- 1- little
  7. Tamarind pulp- 1- lemon size
  8. Lemon- 1- tsp
  9. Salt- 1- tsp

Instructions

  1. to grind: in a jar add 5 green chillies, handful of badam, little cashew, little pudina leaves, little curry leaves, handful of coriander leaves, salt as per taste, 4tsp tamarind pulp, 1tsp lemon juice. grind to a nice paste
  2. take cleanly washed anjal fish and apply the prepared masala on both sides of the fish. Marinate it for 2 hrs (longer the marination better the taste).
  3. heat a tava. add little oil. now you can fry the marinated fish
  4. or dip the fish in semolina on both sides and fry. Rava gives the crunchy taste. prepare as per your liking.
  5. left one is only masala. right one is with rava.
  6. fry until done on both the sides.
